Is ALDI’s new vitamins range worth the money?

With vitamins ranging from vitamin C to fish oil, we compare the $9.99 price tag to other affordable options on the market.

Do you like getting bang for your buck? For the first time, ALDI Australia is offering an exclusive range of vitamins in stores across the country.

Starting at prices as low as just $9.99, the Essential Health range arrives just in time for winter. All of the supplements have received the ISURA Seal of Approval for quality.

What's included in ALDI's new vitamins range?

The supplements cover multivitamins to products for more targeted concerns like vitamin C. They all come in 60-tablet packs, meaning you don't have to keep replenishing your products every few weeks.

How do the prices compare to others on the market?

ALDI is offering some pretty low prices for the new Essential Health range, but how does it compare to other brands on the market?

If you're an Australian shopper, you'll know that Chemist Warehouse is easily a go-to store for health and beauty supplements, especially if you're keen to shop lower prices.

Let's compare vitamin C.

At ALDI, you can get 60 tablets (at 1000mg) for just $9.99.

There's a huge range of brands at Chemist Warehouse, but the cheapest option that offers the same is the Cenovis Mega C Vitamin C 1000mg - 60 tablets. The RRP is $11.49, so yes ALDI is cheaper, but Chemist Warehouse is selling it for just $7.99.

So I guess it just depends on when and where you shop it from and if you manage to score a deal.
