    Debenhams delivers to Australia free of charge on orders over $100. Simply shop as normal and proceed to the checkout to take advantage of the deal. For all other orders the cost of delivery will be $28. Your order will be delivered in 8–10 working days. Confirmed orders are final. You cannot cancel or change an order once it has been issued.

    You can track your order online through Debenhams. Simply go to the ‘Help’ section from any page and click on ‘Can I Track My Order?’. You will need to enter your order number and either your email address or postcode to access your order’s details.

    What is the Debenhams returns policy?

    Debenhams has a 28 day returns policy. You can return your order with 28 days of receipt as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and is returned in its original packaging. If the item is faulty you will be reimbursed for the return shipping, otherwise you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All returns need to be authorised by Debenhams. Contact customer service for a Return Authorisation Code.
