How much will SurfStitch shipping cost me?

Good news! SurfStitch will give you free standard shipping for orders over $75. Orders less than this will incur a $7.95 delivery fee, but it will probably be in your best interest to put that $7.95 towards another product to get you across the $75 mark, instead. The standard delivery service is expected to arrive within 2-5 working days from dispatch.

In a rush to received you order? Upgrade to express shipping for a flat-rate fee of $9.95 and it'll arrive in just 1-3 working days. You can also sign up to loyalty scheme and get free express shipping on orders over $60.

What if I'm buying something bulky, like a surfboard?

While most of SurfStitch's bulky items are shipping for free, some will cost you. It's a case by case basis, but the higher shipping fees start at $19.99. You'll need to sign for your order, so either make sure you're home when you expect the delivery to arrive, or get it shipped to your workplace.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Express shipping: 1–5 business days. May take longer for regional areas. Bulky shipping: 1–7 business days. Regional areas will likely take 7–14 business days.

How do I return an item to SurfStitch?
SurfStitch has a fantastic, flexible returns policy. You can refund or exchange full priced items for up to 100 days, sale items for 30 days, and do it all for free for any order over $99. The invoice you received with your order will have all the instructions you need to return your items, but here's what to do, just in case:
1. Complete the Exchange & Returns fields on the bottom of your original invoice.
2. Package all items securely in a box or satchel (you can use the original), ensuring nothing is damaged.
3. Fix the returns label sent to you and remove any other address or tracking codes. If you have lost the address, please address the parcel to: SurfStitch Returns Locked Bag 7 Gold Coast MC QLD 9726
4. Mail the item at your local Australia Post office or retail shop. We suggest that you use registered post, as lost items will not be refunded.
5. Once received, you'll be notified of the refund or exchange is processed within 24 hours.
