Where to buy every product in Nicola Peltz’s 24-step beauty routine
Including go-to products from Victoria Beckham Beauty, Dior and M.A.C, as well as a few affordable options to add to your beauty bag.
We're obsessed with Vogue's Beauty Secrets series, and the everyday glam tutorial with actress Nicola Peltz is no exception. In the video, we get a sneak peek into the 24-step process she follows to nail dewy skin and the perfect smokey cat-eye.
To save you from searching the far corners of the Internet to find each of these products, we've rounded up all 24 of 'em and linked where you can add them to cart. Some of the products are a little bougie or tough to find in Australia, so we've included a bunch of affordable and accessible options too.
1. Starface Hydro-Stars Pimple Protector | US$14.99
Image: Starface Nicola starts her routine by peeling off a Starface Hydro-Stars Pimple Protector that she'd popped on before bed. These hydrocolloid pimple protectors help absorb fluid and reduce inflammation to reduce the size of pimples overnight. Not only are they super cute, but the star shape also helps the stickers hold on and protect your zits from bacteria. The Hydro-Stars aren't available in Australia and they don't currently ship down under. Instead, you could try Peace Out Skincare Acne Healing Dots to zap those zits while you get your beauty sleep. You can pick up a pack of 20 for $33 from Sephora.Accessible option
2. EyeEco Gentle Formula Tea Tree Eyelid and Facial Cleanser | US$15.00
Image: Vogue Nicola has super sensitive skin, so she uses the EyeEco Gentle Formula Tea Tree Eyelid and Facial cleanser to cleanse her face every day. Tea tree oil is fab for removing dirt and oil from your skin, which can come in handy if you're prone to breakouts. If you're looking for a tea tree cleanser a little closer to home, try The Body Shop's Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash instead. This vegan cleanser is $15 and helps remove grime to keep your skin looking fresh. Accessible option
3. 111Skin Celestial Black Diamond Eye Mask | $149.00
Image: Vogue Then she pops on her favourite eye patches from 111Skin. They use a concoction of Argireline, hyaluronic acid and retinol to fight fine lines and dehydration around the eyes. Hot tip: Nicola puts her patches in the fridge before applying, which does wonders for soothing that early-morning puffiness. Even though these eye patches are essentially the fountain of youth infused in an eye mask, $149 is a lot to fork out. If you're looking for a cheaper option, try the Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Detox Hydra-gel Eye Patches ($80 for 30 pairs of patches) instead. They also contain hyaluronic acid, glycerin and hydrolyzed collagen to reduce puffiness and hydrate the skin around your eyes. Affordable option
4. Victoria Beckham By Augustinus Bader Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum | $291.16
Image: Victoria Beckham Beauty This is the first of many plugs of her mama-in-law Victoria Beckham's beauty endeavours. Nicola uses the Cell Rejuvenating Power Serum to calm redness, reduce fine lines and protect the skin. Along with Augustinus Bader's patented TFC8 technology, it's packed with ingredients like vitamin E, olive extract, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. As well as the bougie price tag, it can be tricky to get your hands on this serum in Australia. If you're looking for a more affordable serum, you could try the ALPHA-H Vitamin E with Macadamia Serum ($50) or The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 ($12.90) instead.Affordable option
5. Augustinus Bader The Cream | $405
Image: Augustinus Bader Yeow! Our gal has expensive taste. The Cream from Augustinus Bader contains aloe vera, amino acids and vitamins A, B, C and E to minimise lines and pigmentation while boosting hydration. If you're looking for an aloe vera-based moisturiser, you could always give the Mukti Aloe Vera Moisturiser a whirl. It's $59.95 and uses Kakadu plum, finger lime and aniseed myrtle to hydrate your skin.Affordable option
6. Victoria Beckham By Augustinus Bader Cell Rejuvenating Primer Moisturiser | $194.10
Image: Victoria Beckham Beauty Nicola preps her face with the Victoria Beckham Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturiser. It contains black tea ferment and papaya enzymes to plump and brighten your complexion. Sounds delish. Another moisturising primer (with a cheaper price tag) that you could try is the OLE HENRIKSEN Banana Bright Face Primer . It contains vitamin C and banana powder to create a dewy glow that'll shine through your makeup, and it only costs $52 from Sephora.Affordable option
7. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask | $28.00
Image: LaNeige Next up she applies the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. This is meant to be worn overnight, but obviously it does the trick to keep her lips hydrated during the day too.
8. ELTAMD UV Daily Moisturising Facial Sunscreen SPF 40 | $56.50
Image: ELTAMD Now for one of the most important steps of any beauty routine: it's SPF time. This is Nicola's go-to sunscreen because it's tinted, easy to apply and doesn't cause her to break out, unlike some other SPF products. For a cheaper tinted SPF that's easy to get in Australia, try the Avene Day Protector Tinted BB Cream.Affordable option
9. Dior Dior Forever Skin Glow Foundation SPF 35 | $93.00
Image: Dior Nicola kick starts her makeup routine with the Forever Skin Glow foundation from Dior. It's a long-wearing and super natural-looking foundation that provides a medium level of coverage. It also contains SPF 30 for that extra layer of sun safety. Although beautiful, the Dior Dior Forever Skin Glow Foundation is a little exxy. The Revlon ColorStay Foundation is one of our fave lightweight and long-wearing foundations right now. It's packed with SPF 30 and is only $29.95 to boot!Affordable option
10. M.A.C Fluidline liquid liner | $26.60
Image: M.A.C. She then uses a pointed brush to pull off a smoky winged eyeliner using the trusty Fluidline liquid eyeliner from M.A.C. We all know that mastering a cat eye can be a bit of a bitch, so she cleans up any errors using some Bioderma Sensibio H2O makeup remover.
11. Laura Mercier Artist Eyelash Curler | $33.00
Image: Laura Mercier Before applying mascara, Nicola preps her already lush eyelashes using the Laura Mercier Artist Eyelash Curler.
12. Victoria Beckham Future Lash Mascara | US$28.00
Image: Victoria Beckham Beauty The Victoria Beckham Future Lash is Nicola's mascara of choice. Unlike other dark, long-wear mascaras, you can easily wash it off with warm water, so there's no need for makeup remover or cotton pads, which is always a plus. It's not easy to pick up the Future Lash in Australia, though. For something more affordable and easier to get your hands on, try the L'Oreal Miss Baby Roll Mascara instead.Accessible option
13. NARS Soft Matte Complete Concealer | $46.00
Image: NARS Next up is the NARS soft matte complete concealer in "Custard" to cover any darkness under her eyes. Unlike some full coverage concealers, this baby sits super flat on any uneven skin or blemishes. If you're working within a budget, you could sub this out for the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Instant Retouch concealer ($38) or the Maybelline Fit Me Natural Coverage Concealer ($15.95).Affordable option
14. Clé De Peau Beauté Concealer Broad Spectrum SPF 25 | $134.95
Image: Clé De Peau Beauté She dabs a tiny bit of Clé De Peau Beauté Concealer on any pimples. This has been a must-have in her beauty bag since she was 10.
15. West Barn Co. Soap Brows And Prep Mist | US$25.00
Image: West Barn Co. For supernatural and lush looking brows, she uses the West Barn Co. Soap Brows and rose water spray. While you can easily achieve this look with a bar of Pears soap and a spooly, you could also try the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Styling Wax to get fuller-looking brows that'll hold all day long.Accessible option
16. Kevyn Aucoin The Precision Brow Pencil | $40.00
Image: Kevyn Aucoin She then fills in her brows using the superfine precision brow pencil from Kevyn Aucoin. It has a very fine tip, which makes it a whole lot easier to draw in brow hairs and keep 'em looking natural. Another pro tip: She also uses this to bring out her beauty spots and freckles after she's applied foundation. If you're looking for a cheaper option without losing the precision of a fine tip, try the Benefit Cosmetics Mini Precisely Brow Pencil instead. It's $24 and it also has an ultra-fine tip to help you achieve hair-like strokes. Affordable option
17. Chantecaille Cheek Gelée Happy Hydrating Gel-Cream Blush | $67.00
Image: Chantecaille Nicola gets that dewy cherub-cheek look using the Chantecaille Cheek Gelée Happy Hydrating Gel-Cream Blush. She uses a brush to apply it generously across her cheeks and eyelids. One of my go-to cream blushes is the NUDESTIX Nudies Matte All Over Blush & Bronze stick, which is a little cheaper at $49. The best part is that it comes with a built-in blending brush, making it super easier to apply across your cheeks, lips and eyes.Affordable option
18. Make Up Forever Ultra HD Loose Powder | $36.00
Image: Make Up Forever To hold everything in place without looking too matte, Nicola uses a smattering of micro-finishing loose powder from Make Up Forever under her eyes and across her nose.
19. Victoria Beckham Beauty Bronzer and Highlighter | TBC
Image: Vogue She adds some extra glow to her face using a brand spankin' new duo-bronzer and highlighter palette from Victoria Beckham Beauty. It looks gorge but unfortunately, it won't hit the market till May. Until then, why not try the Filmstar Bronze and Glow bronzer and highlighter set from Charlotte Tilbury instead. It's a little pricey at $80.07, but it is a 2-in-1 palette after all.Accessible option
20. Victoria Beckham Beauty Lid Lustre | $74.87
Image: Victoria Beckham Beauty She gives the look some sparkle with the Victoria Beckham Beauty Lid Lustre shadow, each of which is infused with crushed gemstones. Nicola uses the shade "Blonde", which is a pale pearlescent crème shadow imbued with citrine, which is supposed to inspire creativity and self-expression.
21. Dior Diorskin Nude Luminizer Shimmering Glow Powder Highlighter | $84.00
Image: @_saying_2020 on Instagram We're firm believers that you can never wear too much highlighter, and Nicola clearly subscribes to this theory too. She adds an extra layer of shimmer across her brow bone using the Dior Nude Lumnizer Glow Powder Highlighter in "Holographic Glow". To recreate a similar chrome shine, try the Fenty Beauty Diamond Bomb All-Over Diamond Veil in "How Many Carats?!" ($60) or the Maybelline Prismatic Highlighter Holographic in "Opal Flips Blue" for an even more affordable option.Affordable option
22. Victoria Beckham Lip Definer | $34.52
Image: Victoria Beckham Beauty To get the perfect shade, Nicola mixes up her own little lipliner cocktail using the Victoria Beckham Lip Definer in 01 and 03.
23. Victoria Beckham Posh Lipstick | US$38.00
Image: Victoria Beckham Beauty She finishes off her lips using the Victoria Beckham Posh Lipstick in the colour "Smile" (formerly known as "Pixi"). It's a nutrient-rich lipstick, so it'll hydrate your lips to give them a buttery shine.
24. Keyvn Aucoin Glass Glow Lip Gloss | $40.00
Image: Kevyn Aucoin As a final touch, she adds a little shimmer of gloss using the Kevyn Aucoin Glass Glow Lip Gloss. To achieve a similar look for a fraction of the price, try the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer intead.Affordable option
