As you can see, there are plenty of enticing deals to take advantage of when you pre-order this phone. But what about the actual device itself?

You can check out our hands-on verdict of the product here. It's an incremental upgrade this time around. Specification upgrades to the processor, camera and display are the main attractions.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 boasts a wider main display screen size than its predecessor and its design should be more durable thanks to the latest Gorilla Glass innovations. The Fold 4 has also nicked the 50MP rear camera from the Samsung S22 Plus, which should be a significant upgrade over the Fold 3.

The latest Snapdragon 8 Plus generation 1 processor rounds out the package. The device will be launching at the exact same price points as the Fold 3 – $2,499 for 256GB, $2,699 for 512GB and $2,999 for 1TB.

However, as stated above, you can level up your chosen model's memory to 512GB for a $200 discount when you pre-order the Galaxy Z Fold 4 from Amazon. On Samsung, you can also get the 1TB version of the phone for a $300 discount.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4

As with its more premium cousin, there are plenty of brilliant pre-order offers for customers to check out with the Galaxy Z Flip 4. There's even a Bespoke edition, inviting customers to browse a huge range of colour palettes and design their own model. The Bespoke Samsung Galaxy Flip 4 is exclusively 256GB and costs $1,729.

As for the phone itself, once again upgrades are somewhat light-on. Like the Fold 4, the processor has been levelled up to the Snapdragon 8 Plus generation 1. The camera has not been upgraded, but Samsung claims that the internal power boost will be enough for notable improvements in photography.

A major complaint on the Galaxy Z Flip 3 was battery life. Samsung has taken these criticisms on board and packed in an extra 400mAh of battery power, which should be enough to assuage these concerns – at least until the reviews start trickling out. In the meantime, you can check out our hands-on early take on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4.

Samsung has unfortunately bumped up the price of the Galaxy Z Flip 4's higher storage tiers compared to its predecessor. Upon release, you'll pay $1,499 for the 128GB version, $1,649 for the 256GB version and $1,849 for the 512GB version.

That's why savvy shoppers should take advantage of pre-order deals from Samsung and Amazon to knock down the price of the more premium models.
