Shipping guide for Appliances Online
Appliances Online offers next-business-day delivery for orders placed by 2:30pm Sydney time. So, providing the product you are ordering is in stock and your delivery postcode is eligible for this service, you'll receive your Appliances Online purchase the next working day.
Appliances Online also accepts requests for preferred delivery dates, but this is not possible for all delivery areas.
Free shipping is available on the majority of products to most areas of mainland Australia, including the Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Gold Coast metropolitan areas.
Refunds, exchanges and returns with Appliances Online
Appliances Online recognises your rights under clause 9 of the Australian Consumer Law to return goods. This is however subject to the payment of a non-refundable collection fee of $50 or the amount of the original delivery fee, whichever is greater.
For any product that is boxed and unopened, you can contact the company's customer service team within 30 days of delivery to arrange for it to be collected and receive a full refund. If your product is not in a box but otherwise is as new and has not been used, you must contact Appliances Online within 14 days of delivery to arrange for its collection. You will have to pay a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
If you are entitled to a refund, you will only receive the refund once Appliances Online has received the product at its warehouse and assessed and inspected whether it is eligible for a refund.
