If you're ordering to a metro area, simply spend $49 or more to qualify for free delivery door to door. Delivery timescales for this standard shipping service are quoted during the checkout process.

In a rush to receive your order? Upgrade to same-day delivery when placing an order before 4pm and receive your purchase on the very same day. This service starts at just $9.95 per order and is only available in metro postcodes.

A same-day collection service is also available. Place your order online and collect your items at your chosen store within 1 hour.

Regional and remote delivery addresses are subject to a shipping fee which is calculated and quoted at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order.

What is the Petbarn returns policy?

If you change your mind about a product, you'll have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund. The product and packaging must be in original, re-saleable condition.
