Shipping is free for all orders in Australia over $100. For orders under this shipping is $10.00. Domestic shipping is made by Australia Post eParcel, and the expected delivery time is 1-3 business days. Orders placed by 2 pm weekdays are shipped the same day or the next business day if it is a public holiday or weekend. Orders must be signed for on arrival.
At extremely busy times there may be a delay of 1-2 business days.
The free click and collect service allows up to pick up your order from a Camilla and Marc boutique.
Same day delivery service is available to selected Sydney postcodes where products are stocked at the central distribution centre. This service is available for orders placed between 12.01 am and 12:00 Monday to Friday. The fee for this service is a flat rate of $20.00.
Returns and exchanges can be made on full-priced items provided the garment is returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Garments must be in saleable condition. They must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and unaltered. Tags are to be attached.
Camilla and Marc do not accept returns for sale items unless they are deemed faulty.
For hygiene reasons, jewellery is not returnable. Swimwear will not be accepted for return if the plastic hygiene strip has been removed or if the garment has been soiled. Shoe returns will not be accepted if there are scuff marks on the product or if the shoe box has been damaged.
