DX offers various shipping methods. Customers get to select any of the following shipping method: standard, expedited and super savings. Super saver shipping is available for orders worth less than $15 and deliveries are made in 14 to 30 days.
Standard airmail is used on orders above $15 and these are also given tracking number with deliveries made within 14 to 21 days. With expedited shipping, various couriers are used, including EMS, TOLL, TNT and DHL.
Deliveries are quite fast, usually within a week. You can also track all your orders using the above shipping methods with tracking numbers supplied via email upon confirmation of your order.
Refunds, exchanges and returns for DealeXtreme
Most products sold on DX have a product warranty and you will be able to get a refund or replacement. If you are unsatisfied with the product that has been delivered to you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
Keep in mind that the company does not offer a full refund, and only 80% will be refunded with 20% begin retained as the restocking fee. If the item delivered has a third-party error, DX will not be held liable.
