Ted Lasso season 3 preview

Ted Lasso revolves around the titular character, an American college football coach hired to manage a British football team.

He doesn't know much about the sport, but his positive attitude is exactly what AFC Richmond needed.

Season 2 ended with the team's promotion to the Premier League and Nate's departure to West Ham United, where he now works for Rebecca's ex, Rupert.

In season 3, AFC Richmond face ridicule as media predictions estimate they'll face relegation once again.

Meanwhile, Roy steps up as assistant coach, Rebecca is set on defeating Rupert, Ted deals with mounting pressure in his personal and professional lives and Keeley navigates being her own boss.

All main cast members reprise their roles, including Jason Sudeikis, Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein, Juno Temple and Nick Mohammed.

There has been wide speculation about season 3 being the show's last, but this hasn't been officially confirmed yet.

Until we hear otherwise, we can only hope it won't be the case.

Ted Lasso's uplifting tone is just what the doctor ordered – and we're keen to keep up with AFC Richmond for years to come.
