The Mandalorian season 3 preview
Season 2 of The Mandalorian ended with Mando and Grogu going their separate ways as Luke Skywalker took The Child away for training.
However, Star Wars fans who watched The Book of Boba Fett are already caught up on what happened next: Grogu cut his training short and reunited with his former protector.
When this season of The Mandalorian kicks off, the 2 are back together, exploring the galaxy and facing new enemies.
The official synopsis doesn't give too much away, but it does mention that "the New Republic struggles to lead the galaxy away from its dark history".
Creator Jon Favreau teased that season 3 will make planet Mandalore a centre point of the narrative.
We expect these new episodes to explore hidden corners of the Star Wars universe while also moving the story of Din Djarin and Grogu in an intriguing new direction.
The season 3 cast features Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us), Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica), Carl Weathers (the Rocky movies), Amy Sedaris (BoJack Horseman), Emily Swallow (Supernatural) and Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad).
Our guess is the show will only get bigger and more addictive.
