What can I do in Adelaide?

  • South Australians must wear a mask in all high-risk and indoor settings including public transport.
  • Have no more than 50 people in your home.
  • Visit a hospitality and entertainment venue. Indoor areas can have up to 50% capacity while outdoor areas can have up to 75% capacity and people can stand while consuming food and drink.
  • Singing is allowed wearing a mask (performers don't need to wear a mask) and dancing at bars and other nightlife venues remains prohibited. Shisha bars must remain closed.
  • COVID management plans are required for events with more than 1,000 people.
  • Shop at retailers including receiving beauty and personal care treatments. Masks must be worn by workers.
  • Attend the gym or a gym, yoga or pilates class at 25% capacity.
  • Sports training and community sport can resume.
  • Attend cinemas, live theatre and live performances, subject to 75% capacity.

There are no restrictions on travelling within South Australia; hotels, campsites, holiday homes and caravan parks are able to welcome visitors.
