Flipkey's coronavirus (COVID-19) cancellation and changes policy update

As of 7 April 2020, Flipkey is recommending guests due to travel before 31 May 2020 who would like to change the date of their booking to contact the property owner to discuss your options.

If you're unable to travel and need to cancel, you can do so and will be refunded in full.

If you're due to travel after 1 June 2020, your booking will remain in place and regular cancellation policies will apply for now. However, as the situation is evolving, check in again closer to your travel dates.

Australians are being asked to avoid non-essential domestic and international travel. At this time, it may be best to hold off on new bookings for the time being as that currently doesn't fall into Homestay's guidelines of what qualifies for a refund should you not be able to stay.
