What is the Hello World Price Promise?
If you find a fully comparable hotel offer on a competitor’s site (pre-paid, room only) for a lower price within 24-hours of booking, Helloworld will refund the difference in price between your reserved room and the one advertised. Your original booking must have been made with Helloworld online and the comparable price must be available on a registered travel company site.
How does booking and confirmation work with Helloworld?
When you make a booking with Helloworld all of your details will be saved in the ‘My Account’ section. Sign in to view your reservations, adjust details, and check-in online for eligible flights. All bookings made through the Helloworld website are confirmed. With the exception of rental cars, all payments must be made at the time of booking.
