Black Friday 2024 will take place on 29 November. Keep an eye out for sales to continue on until 2 December, which is Cyber Monday. Many deals will likely be made available in the week or so leading up to Black Friday.

At Big W you can qualify for free delivery when you spend $45 or more on clothing, fashion or footwear. Orders below this amount will automatically incur a shipping fee which will be calculated and quoted at checkout.
Big W also offers a flat-rate delivery fee of $3.90 on orders for electronic games, DVDs and books.
If you're located in Sydney Metro, Canberra Metro or Melbourne Metro, you can qualify for free standard delivery whatever you're ordering.
Returns, exchanges and refunds for Big W
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase on the majority of products, even in change of mind cases. You can return unwanted items free of charge to your local store or via post at your own cost. All products must be returned in their original condition complete with any manufacturer-issued packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Note: Some exclusions apply. Toilet paper, paper towels and tissues, soaps, cosmetics, toiletries, feminine hygiene and incontinence products, pain relief, cleaning products, nappies, baby wipes and pet food cannot be returned on a change of mind basis.
