When is Black Friday 2024?
Black Friday 2024 will take place on 29 November. Keep an eye out for sales to continue on until 27 November, which is Cyber Monday. Many deals will likely be made available in the week or so leading up to Black Friday.

In-store sale deals won't be accessible until your local destination opens its doors for the start of business on the morning of Friday 25 November. Beat the queues and be in with a chance of getting your hands on the very best Black Friday deals by shopping from midnight through the Pandora website.
Pandora delivery details
Standard shipping is $8.95 per order or free when you spend over $120. This service is expected to be dispatched within 48 hours and should arrive within 3-12 working days from dispatch.
In a rush to receive your order? Express delivery is also available. Upgrade for $12.95 and your order will be dispatched on the same day if placed before 2pm AEST and the next working day if after. This service is expected to arrive within 1-5 working days.
These shipping services will also be available during the Pandora Black Friday sale event.
Returns, exchanges and refunds for Pandora
Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, all products must be in their original unworn condition and complete with manufacturer packaging to qualify for a full refund. If you decide you'd like to return an item, you can do so free of charge in-store or via post at your own cost. The same applies when shopping during the Pandora Black Friday sale.
Note: Any original shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
