What time can I start shopping?

The City Beach Black Friday sale is all set to start at the stroke of midnight as Thursday gives way to Friday 26 November. If you want to be in with a chance of getting your hands on the very best deals and discounts on the table during this year's event, be sure to set your alarms or stay up a little later than usual.

In-store shoppers will have to wait until their local store opens its doors on Friday morning.

City Beach delivery details

Spend $80 or more to qualify for free standard delivery. Orders below this amount are subject to a $10.99 shipping charge. This delivery method is expected to arrive within 7-10 working days from dispatch.

In a rush to receive your order? Upgrade to express delivery for $13.99 per order and you'll receive your new threads in just 1-4 working days.

Based in WA? You can qualify for free express shipping when you spend $100 or more.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for City Beach

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase provided that items remain in their original, unworn condition with tags intact.

Any returns shipping costs incurred will need to be covered by you. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: Some exclusions do apply. Face masks are non-returnable. Swimwear and underwear can only be returned where the hygiene strip remains in place. Earrings and pierced jewellery products can only be returned if they have arrived damaged or incorrect.
