There is also a free collection at over 180 depot locations for free Australia-wide.

The following remote depots are excluded from the free collection and have a delivery fee:

Hobart, Carnarvon, Traralgon, Esperence, Kununurra, Karratha, Port Hedland, and Newman.

Rural and Industrial sheds can only be collected from the warehouse at Albury at no extra charge.
