If you place your order by 2pm AEST, it will be shipped on the same day. Glue Store offers free standard delivery on all orders over $75 and for orders less than $75 a flat rate of $5 will apply for postage and handling. Most orders are received within 3-5 working days through standard delivery with Australia.
You can also choose to have your item delivered within three hours for a flat rate of $14.95 from Monday to Friday between 7am and 2pm in the Sydney metropolitan area. Three hour delivery doesn't apply to post office boxes or parcel lockers.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Glue Store will happily offer an exchange. If you've paid full price, you may eligible for a refund too. All refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and the item needs to be in its original condition. Items need to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for your refund or exchange. Underwear, swimwear or jewellery cannot be returned or exchanges unless they are faulty.
