What is the icebreaker returns policy?

Items can be returned to icebreaker within 30 days of the shipping date for any reason. Goods must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

You will need to receive a returns authorisation in order to have your return processed. If you're a registered user, you can obtain this by logging into your account. Then select Orders/Returns to view your order history. Select "return items" for the order you wish to return and complete the online process. This will generate your RMA number.

If you are not a registered user, scroll to the button of the returns page at the icebreaker site and enter your order number and email address, then select "check status".

A returns address label is provided in our original shipment. This is to be attached to the outside of your package. Be sure to write your RMA in the space provided.
