Ultimately, your delivery fees and timescales depend on your postcode and the size and weight of the item you are purchasing. Fees start at $5 per order. You can calculate your estimated shipping fees by entering your postcode on the individual product pages. A convenient click and collect service can also be arranged at your local IKEA store.
Returns, exchanges and refunds for IKEA
IKEA accepts returns whatever the reason within 365 days of receipt. Providing products are in their original unused, unopened condition complete with manufacturer packaging, you'll be entitled to a full refund.
You will be responsible for any returns shipping costs incurred. That said, you do have the option to take your online order back to your local store and receive a refund provided you used a credit or debit card to pay for your purchase.
