Why isn't my Kayo voucher code working?
There are a few reasons why your Kayo voucher code didn't work. It can range from simply entering a character wrong to not meeting Kayo's terms and conditions. The full list includes:
You're already an existing Kayo customer – sign-up promotions are for new customers only.
The code was entered incorrectly – voucher codes are case-sensitive. Double-check that your characters match.
The voucher is no longer valid – voucher codes have expiration dates. Alternatively, voucher codes are single-use and you've used that specific code before.
You're only registered for Kayo Freebies – you must hit the link to upgrade to a full Kayo account to redeem voucher codes.
