Trading hours during the Christmas period
During the peak season and in the lead up to Christmas, Myer's trading hours are extended to accommodate people round the clock. This year, the chain's executive general manager Tony Sutton has announced every store in NSW will be open on Boxing Day and the opening times vary across the state ranging between 5am-9am depending on the store.
Both the Sydney City and Melbourne Chadstone stores will open from 5am Boxing day and close trading at midnight.

How long will it take for my order to arrive and what are the charges?
Standard delivery on orders over $99 is free Australia-wide and orders below will incur a flat fee of $9.95. Orders are generally dispatched 1-2 days after you process the order online and delivered by Australia Post. You can expect your order to arrive in 3-7 business days depending on where you live.
Myer also offers a click and collect option, it may be more suitable for you to process your order online and collect your order in store. This is handy if you want to process a return on the spot for unwanted goods. Returns in store are also FREE.

Myer's standard policy accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. You can return items by mail at your own cost or in-store (which is free!).
