To initiate your return, simply head to the returns portal accessible via the ASOS website. Returns must be processed within 28 days of your receipt and you will be able to choose whether you prefer to return via Parcel Point or Australia Post.

All unwanted products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with any tags intact.
