What are BCF's opening hours this Boxing Day?

If you're planning to shop in-store, trading hours will vary from store to store. Visit the BCF Store Finder page to find out more about when your local store will be open.

What is BCF's return policy?

BCF offers replacements, credit or refunds where products are faulty or have been incorrectly described. To make a return, visit any BCF store and show them your proof of purchase. Products need to be returned in the same condition as they were purchased where possible.

BCF has also teamed up with ParcelPoint and Australia Post to offer free postal returns for parcels under 10kg. ParcelPoint allows you to return your online order at over 1,200 locations Australia-wide. Find out more about making returns via ParcelPoint on the BCF returns page.

What are BCF's delivery charges?

BCF offers free delivery on all orders over $99 to metro delivery destinations within Australia (excluding bulky items). To qualify, your order must be greater than $99 after any sales discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any installation or freight charges.

BCF uses a courier service, meaning that metro areas can expect a delivery time of 3-5 business days, while regional areas can expect their items within 3-10 days of dispatch. Deliveries are Monday-Friday only, so be sure to check out the click & collect options if you need your items sooner.

Tips and tricks for shopping the Boxing Day sales:

  • Set yourself a budget. It might seem like a no-brainer, but it's easy to get caught up in the moment and splurge on items you don't really need. Make a list of items you really want, decide what you can afford and try not to overspend. Your bank account will thank you later.
